- ensure that the HR strategy and HR processes are implemented in the organization while proactively supporting managers to help them meet their business objectives and create a work environment that is
motivating, attracting and that provides long-term development possibilities for colleagues;
- manage core people processes within assigned areas of business lines such as performance management, talent management, annual compensation planning, strategic workforce planning;
- provide strategic as well as operational HR support to managers and employees to ensure efficient and full employee life-cycle management;
- continuous collaboration with the wider HR organization in relation to core as well as ad hoc HR processes, initiatives and programs;
- take part in various local as well as international HR projects;
- challenge and facilitate the supported organization to change their HR operation in line with the business and people strategy.
- proven track record in different fields of HR (obligatory requirement: at least 3 year in HRBP or HR Manager role);
- fluent English skills (verbal and written – fit for negotiation);
- proactive, precise and hard-working attitude;
- excellent interpersonal skills & empathic approach;
- wide range experience in international projects in different roles;
- strategic mindset with down-to-the-earth execution capability.
- previous experience in or deep understanding of the financial sector is an advantage
